IMPORTANT UPDATE: On August 5, 2008, the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles granted final approval of the settlement. The NCAA has established the website to administer claims.

Pursuant to the Final Fairness hearing held on August 4, 2008, the settlement has been approved. Please visit the NCAA's website on or after August 11, 2008 to obtain a Claim Form.
